Join us for the Buddy Club 5K on Saturday, April 25th for a morning that is bigger than a race. This is a celebration of inclusion, community, and hope.
Whether you are a seasoned runner, a casual walker, pushing a stroller, or cheering from the sidelines, this event is for you. All fitness levels are welcome. Every step you take helps create space for families who need support, rest, and encouragement.

Is this event timed?
No. The Buddy Club 5K is a fun, family-focused event designed for all fitness levels. This is about participation and impact, not competition.
Is the race wheelchair/stroller-friendly?
Yes. The course is flat, fully enclosed, stroller-friendly and wheelchair accessible. Families are encouraged to participate together.
What happens if it rains?
The Buddy Club 5K will take place rain or shine. We are ready to run, walk, and roll no matter the weather.
Can I register on race day?
Yes, race day registration will be available. However, we cannot guarantee a race medal or shirt for same-day registrations.
What is included in my basic registration?
Free Parking, race bib and finishers medal. T-Shirts are available for purchase (or through meeting fundraising goals)
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
No. Registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Are donations tax-deductible?
Yes. Donations are tax-deductible, and you can donate anytime, even if you are not participating in the race.
Where do I park?
There is a large parking lot beside the track, accessible off Dobson Road.
Will there be water stations?
Yes. Water will be available on site for participants.
Are restrooms available on site?
Yes. Restroom facilities will be available at the venue.
Will there be medical support available?
Yes. Medical support will be available on site for participant safety.
Where do I pick up my race bib and shirt?
Race bibs and shirts can be picked up on race day at check-in or during a pre-arranged pickup time the day before. Details coming soon.
Will there be vendors or food available?
Yes. We will have vendors and refreshments available on race day.
How can my business become a sponsor?

Can I host a vendor booth?

Are there volunteer opportunities?

Can high school students receive service hours?
Yes. High school students can receive service hours for volunteering.
Is this a respite event?
No, This is a family event and there will be no drop off for loved ones. Take it at your own pace and get to know other families!
How does it work as a virtual runner?
Fundraise as normal, pick a time, date and location that suits you to run! Even gather a team to run it with you! You can select options to purchase medals and t-shirts in the registration links above.
